ELIZABETH CITY massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick will speak on behalf of Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama at a rally in Elizabeth City on Saturday morning. Patrick will also visit Rocky Mount, Raleigh and Cary on Saturday, according to a notice sent out by the Obama campaign. On Sunday, he will hold rallies in Durham and High Point.
